Returns for Repair
We know your garment inside and out, therefore it is quicker and easier for us to repair it. If we can understand where our garments lose strength over time we can improve our production techniques to make longer lasting, more sustainable clothing. In this way we are helping each other.
Damage over time:
If your garment needs to be repaired because of threads breaking, seams coming apart or general wear and tear over time, we will complete the repair as long as part of the swimsuit can still be reused.
The customer will need to pay for shipping both ways. Weather you use tracked or untracked shipping, is up to you but we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
It is possible that we won't have the exact same colour and fabric to carry out repairs, as the dye batches and fabrics change over time.

Damage by mistake:
If your garment needs to be repaired because of an accident eg, burn holes, tears or cuts in the fabric, we will complete the repair as long as part of the swimsuit can still be reused.
The customer will need to pay for shipping both ways and also for the time that it takes us to repair the garment. Repair time is generally 1 to 2 hours and will be charged at the current NZ living wage.
Another option is that we send you the pattern pieces for your local seamstress to replace. In this case you will need to pay for shipping and the time for us to cut the pattern pieces.
