Between 15% to 40% of the fabric is wasted when using traditional pattern making methods but this entire collection creates zero waste.
Each garment fits on exactly half a sheet and is made entirely out of square and rectangle pieces.
This collection validates the fact that our clothing can easily be made with little or no disadvantage to the environment and demonstrates that the confinement in which you work when creating a sustainable product will force you to think outside of the square, resulting in beautiful and unique designs.
Sweet sheets è una collezione di abiti estivi realizzati utilizzando lenzuoli dalle stampe vintage.
Gonne e vestiti possiedono tutti una vestibilità che va dalla taglia 42 alla 52 tramite l'utilizzo di nodi, lacci e fori di fissaggio.
Utilizzando i tradizionali metodi di disegno e fabbricazione più del 15% del tessuto usato diventa scarto inutilizzabile, con questa collezione a spreco zero, invece,ogni indumento viene realizzato completamente attraverso tagli quadrati di tessuto che permettono un utilizzo totale del materiale.
Questa linea vuole dare forza e valore al fatto che i nostri abiti possono facilmente esser creati con un bassissimo impatto sull'ambiente, dimostrando inoltre che lavorando ad un capo sostenibile spesso si crea un design bello ed unico.
